Can't really blame him. Coaching staff probably couldn't develop him for shite. Another highly ranked LSU QB never fully realized.

I am sorry to see this. They should be reminded of Matt Flynn who didn’t start regularly until he was a fifth year senior. With his experience and command, developed over four years of riding the pine, he led us to a national championship.
I’ve always heard that he had talent and smarts. Oh well. Good luck to him.

Why the frick do people think the season is heading south because the 2nd string qb is transferring? Sure the packages would have been nice but fact of the matter is burrow was going to be in on 90% of the snaps since the transfer. I didn’t want to see him leave but I’m fricking pumped burrow can start getting all the snaps and get ready for week 1

Most won't miss LN because they were tied to favorites who are more than likely still here. We'll see how it all works out. Who knows what was said and/or promised to keep these guys here this long. I wish we had been honest with them long ago instead what has turned out to be stringing them along to ensure we have depth. Good luck to LN and I'm sure JM is not far.
Better bubble wrap JB and MB and hope they turn out to be the real deal. If not, going to be a lot of crow eating in here. We shall see.

I wish him the best, but think he should have at least seen how things played out this year. We have no clue how any of these guys will play as QB with significant time and anyone could end up being the guy.
Sidenote: All transfers must sign something stating they will give glowing reviews and words to the coaching staff and school because every transfer basically writes a love letter to LSU and the coaching staff.

I’m not losing any sleep over a guy who hasn’t played in two years and clearly wasn’t good enough to start. Who’s to say we wouldn’t sign a 5 star two years from now and beat them out when it was “their turn” anyway.

Narcisse or Brennan were never both staying at LSU regardless of Burrow. They were signed in the same class. Brennan was #2 last year and was about 170lbs. If Brennan beat him out last off-season and he beat him out this off-season, Narcisse was probably never going to play ahead of Brennan anyway.
Hope he goes JUCO and goes to a school where we can see him play just not against LSU.
