Why was Kelly so adamant he’d be back this year?
I’m guessing since this is new video evidence, Holly’s attorneys and BK didn’t know it was out there and at the time they spoke, the attorneys probably thought he’d be good to go. How they went this long without knowing there was more footage is what I can’t understand.

We are LSU, can’t we give the prosecution, witnesses, victims, etc an autographed game ball and season tickets?

Your deflection skills are exemplary.

Honestly that's a second amendment infringement. Bourbon Street is one of the places I would most want to carry my gun...

Interesting that a cops bodycam would matter, as it presumably came after the fact.
If he's guilty, sit in jail, innocent, welcome back with open arms.

From talking to someone in the Union Parish PD, they are 100% convinced that Holly is guilty. TFWIW, we’ll have to see how it plays out in court.

Look, from the beginning before it broke I knew Holly was confirmed to be there based on multiple witnesses and even witnesses in his party
Ballistics matched Hollys gun, and witnesses once again from both parties said Holly pulled the trigger on his gun
Now, why the gun charges stuck but not attempted murder I have no idea. I would assume the ballistics from his gun don’t match the bullets that hit the victim

Should have been playing this whole time - presumption of innocence
How do you recruit to high school moms that you’re going to take care of their baby when you’re allowing someone else’s kid to play while caught up in something like that? Would you want your kid in that locker room?

Why do yal want that over here? Seriously why are our fans so desperate to have cancer on the team?

I asked the same question, no answer.

The lady who was shot was shot in the back. How did she see who shot her?
Holly said he was 100% innocent.
Why can't people give him the benefit of the doubt until facts prove otherwise? Innocent until proven guilty.
This being said, a person with legal issues has never been allowed to remain on any team. Suspension has been the norm.

Nick Saban would 100 percent have had this girl and her family yelling roll damn tide and had them season tickets and money to make it go away if a position of need for him had done this

the soundbite from the victim is rough. She sure seems confident it's him.
