They just dont understand how talented our returning and incoming players are. Plus even losing Brady and Aranda we will be fine.
I hope Brennan has the same work ethic as Burrow. We need to keep Next Man Up mentality and the one team one fight going. Next year could be special too.

They are hanging their hat on what we lost just assuming that must mean there’s nothing left. Delusional. Texas wouldn’t win in Death Valley even if we had to borrow U-high kids from the other side of campus. We may lose one or two next year but not to them.

It is going to fun to be a perceived and real re-loading underdog next year. I like our chances in BR in early September and with the Horns with no AC.

Texas and LSU will have very similar talent next year. We might beat them, but we might not. They have a returning QB who is fairly good, and we will be relying on a new guy who MIGHT be good, and even if he is, it might take three or four games before he hits his stride.
Also, it’s fun to deride Tom Herman because he rejected us, but he’s a good coach, and it’s not improbable that he fields a legitimate top 10 team next year. Texas might be the better club in 2020.

Please keep things in perspective. TU should have a Top 10 team coming into Tiger Stadium. This will be a hard fought victory just like 2019. Hopefully, we have a little more class then the Longhorns & don’t put their band in the upper deck & provide an adequate visitors locker room.

As always, Herman will have them ready and probably play LSU close, only to lose and then lose to in conference teams they should beat handily like Texas Tech or TCU

Wrong. The “way to early” top 25 rankings have them barely cracking the top 25 at #24. It will probably be a good game since Ehlinger is back but I’ll take the tigers at night in Death Valley over anybody
