That's pretty wild. Following recruiting and the portal, I never thought we had any chance of landing him.
This should basically guarantee that we have the talent needed all around next season. There's no excuses not to make a serious run and have a great season.
As for the pitching, now that the roster's basically finalized, I picture it going like this:
Friday- Evans
Saturday- Schmidt
Sunday- Moore
High leverage weekend relievers in order of usage:
Landon Hood
Logan Schmidt
Kaden Smith
Nawrocki
Valesquez
Cooper Sides
Williams
Plog
I think Rickin gets the first look at midweek starter, and it's probably between him, L. Schmidt, Sides, and Stringer.
That's a good group, albeit pretty reliant on Freshmen.
