He’s setting up the kill shot. Does Sankey not know there are examples in the SEC? Ole Miss signed one last week

Kiffin is a state actor that violated their first amendment free association rights?

Not sure that matters. No matter why they did it. Now its federal, if reports are correct.
This shite fiasco was unnecessary. Just no fricking reason to go this direction by LSU.
As stated, im positive Kiff didn't do this without consulting the correct methods, before proceeding. Feels like someone at LSU will be the fall guy...maybe all the way to Verge himself. (I have NO knowledge of his level of participation)

It seems this current attorneys focus is going on the direction of the sec saying that they would not play LSU. He's using examples of former g League players that played for Louisville and Baylor and the sec did not refuse to play those teams.

A G league player played in conference games last season, and two more have been rostered for months, in the SEC.
Nothing happened until LSU tried to do it though?
Sankey is a clown.

I almost guarantee you there is a venue clause in the contract for controversies between the SEC and member schools to be heard in Alabama.

That is why Rousse, Ausberry, and Kiffin are named in their official capacities. Ex parte Young
LSU itself will get out on 11th amendment immunity.
But that case isn't going anywhere anyway.

He was brought up. Sankey said that he went through the process to remove his eligibility as soon as possible because he wasn't comfortable with it

Except Bediako last year.
Why wasn't Alabama kicked out of the SEC?

Didn't ask the follow up to you didn't file a lawsuit against Bama?

NFLSU on every Bill Board all over the SEC

I’m guessing because they didn’t fight it as hard

That would be my question
Why suddenly create these new rules when a 3 year g league player was allowed to play 5 games, even though he later lost his eligibility, why were these rules created at that time?
Why do you think you can now implement and enforce new rules despite an active tro or injunction, but did not in prior cases?
