I believe he did. We will see.

In its complaint, the SEC requests the court "enter a preliminary and permanent injunction prohibiting Defendants from violating the Conference’s First Amendment rights by compelling the Conference to associate with conduct that is contrary to the Conference’s purpose and mission."

Yeah, no going back to antebellum status after this fiasco.

Well, Jason Williams is an idiot so unsurprising.

No such filings against the dozen other schools that have had players file suits against the SEC?
Yeah, that doesn’t scream selective enforcement or axe to grind at all.

I love Tony Clayton. You know he’s enjoying getting under Stone Pigman’s case and it’s awesome.

Did anyone see a goalpost around here?
Isn’t sankeys whole argument is that if you forfeited your eligibility you shouldn’t be able to come back? So the debate of of mini camps is irrelevant imo. He couldve left to be an insurance salesman and according to Sankey he still shouldn’t be allowed back

Mike slive would have never let it come to this. Sankey is such an amateur.

Per pete Thamel
The SEC filing federally against LSU always loomed as the most likely option. The timing — 42 minutes after the state court hearing started — was a surprise. A buzz went through the courtroom, where there’s no electronics for media, as a plaintiff’s attorney revealed the suit being filed while Greg Sankey was on the stand. His testimony is ongoing.

What do we want to have put up on all of the billboards in Birmingham this time?

Sankey will be fired and LSU will own the SEC. This was a very dumb move by Sankey.

The federal court in Alabama will have to abide by LA law.
A federal court in Alabama cannot exercise jurisdiction over a Louisiana state institution (which is an extension of the State of Louisiana).

I know we love our football in the South and take it seriously, but it's not an actual religion.

Even this is a high handed move to restrict immediate response while they have LSU engaged in court.
What an arse hat organization this is.

STTDB?

Let’s be honest about it Birmingham has treated LSU like second class citizens for years. We don’t need them.

It seems this current attorneys focus is going on the direction of the sec saying that they would not play LSU. He's using examples of former g League players that played for Louisville and Baylor and the sec did not refuse to play those teams.
He is also bringing up those former g League players who have been allowed to play in ncaa but Sankey is saying that is not the sec
