Sankey is the fat Scott of commissioners.
He has the big10 whipping our arse in the playoffs, he has us with a worse media deal than them and allowed them to fool him into 9 conference games.
He now has the sec being sued in Texas, Louisiana and Missouri, including causing Missouri to be sued, and now he is suing a founding member over breaking a rule that didn’t exist.
The sec might not survive due to him.

Because the precedent is there whether its 7 or 44. Just limits the scope of their liability.

You know what Stinky is doing with this lawsuit against Kiffin, right? He's making sure Kiffin will have to spend all his time going to Alabama for court dates during the season instead of coaching the team.
Today's decision will not end that.
The fricker is trying to destroy our season. It's time this guy (Stinky) gets arrested.
Two can play that game.

Why?
Because at least 7 players currently have standing, and they're the ones we're concerned about

In its lawsuit against LSU, the SEC says the schools conduct "has already harmed the conference and threatens to cause further substantial harm if not curbed."

Sankey Said he isn't aware of any particular players situation and it's not an issue about being a pro athlete but he thinks that if a player moves on then they have made their choice and should not be able to come back.
Last question Clayton asked was "do you hate LSU" Williams objected and there was no answer

Sankey Grilled on the Stand: SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey was called as the first witness by the plaintiffs' attorney, Tony Clayton. The questioning quickly became exceptionally heated, drawing a flurry of immediate objections from the SEC’s legal defense team as they tried to shield the commissioner. The SEC Bypassed the NCAA: On the stand, Sankey stated via affidavit that the SEC's 15-0 vote to ban former pros was done completely independently. He emphasized that the SEC was acting entirely on its own authority as a conference and was not colluding with the NCAA to target Lane Kiffin or LSU's roster.

But, they weren't given the oppurtunity to make the choice to come back. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!
