On3 puts his valuation number at $268K. Again that is just a valuation estimate but ultimately what is the market value is what he is willing to accept and what a Team is willing to pay, whatever that number happens to be.

If he can't beat out his Neville teammate and is set on LT, then it's a good move. Not to mention, the way he portrayed himself during bowl season would make me hesitant on wanting him on any team I was on.
