Their heaviest player is a pitcher listed at 230.

So no.

I bet Yorke is the heaviest player in college baseball this year. I don’t care what rosters say I’d have to look at the scale.

A bunch of idiots on here anointed him the "Bayou Bambino" and expected him to go yard every plate appearance. For some reason, expectations for Yorke were off the chart...

Absolutely. The worst thing he could have ever done was go yard his first at bat. As pathetic as that sounds, its reality, because the retards expected it every single AB. Our baseball team sucked, but Yorke was FAR from the only thing holding them down.

But the group think mentality here latched on and all of a sudden the idiots thought they were earning cool points by starting a thread every time Yorke didn't get a hit. Meanwhile we were walking people around the bases regularly.

Wasn’t his first ab a hr? Figured thats why they touted him as the Cajun bambino.

Where did I say it matters? If you can play you can play.

Our baseball team sucked
A "DOWN YEAR" for LSU Baseball should be not winning the SEC regular season OR not finishing the RS in the Top 10 OR getting knocked out of a Regional at the Box. (Something like that)

This type of wretched excess fall from grace is troublesome, concerning and unacceptable.

Don't care what the "3 Million Dollar Man" did in 23 and 25.

23 and 25 are Ancient History that buys him ONE YEAR.

Most of us think he WILL WADE through the mess he created and turn it back around in 27.

Nothing is a guarantee though. Some HC's get that Big $$$$ and lose their edge. They get comfortable, start to coast and not GAF! (We just saw this with BK)

semjase, I agree with all you say here. I downvoted you because the season is over and I just wish you'd give it a rest and move on. You surely have gotten all the bile out of your system now. Have a beer, put your feet up and rest up for football.
