That was a great game, but LSU hardly "humiliated" them. 46-41.
You have some odd takes.

I'll sit back & listen as someone/anyone tries to explain how LSU does not Beat Bama BIG under the above, actual facts + circumstances!!
Simple. They’ve beaten us plenty of times before under these same circumstances.

Sitting in those stands and listening to those Bama inbreds cry, wail, complain, and thrown their collective temper tantrum was joyous!

Fortunately the offense was unstoppable that game and resulted in the famous Joe Brady lip reading moment “They can’t stop us”.

LSU Controlled & Kicked Bama's arse in all Phases the Entire Game!
Did you even watch the game? Bama took the opening kick and had a first-and-goal from the 8. Tua's inexplicable fumble (I have always asserted that God just poked that ball out of Tua's hands) on 3rd down turned that into an LSU drive for a TD; then on the next drive their punter fumbled to turn the ball over on downs, and LSU has a 10-0 lead soon after.
The game wasn't as close as the score suggests, but it was far from a blowout or humiliation.

I was in the stadium and I can tell you that my butthole was puckered for the entire 4th quarter. The momentum had swung hard to Bama and you could absolutely feel it in the stadium. It was rocking during the transition from the 3rd to the 4th quarter. I hate those Gump bastards but man, that was an amazing gameday atmosphere from start to finish. It ended the right way too, so I will remember it fondly.

Bama always plays their best game against us in BR. Our defense will have to be lights out against Bama for us to win. SL will have to play his best game also. I have seen this for over 30 years, Bama plays best in BR. Our defense has been great at home. We should win going away. Their defense is so-so and they are having a hard time running the ball.

And Tua dropped a ball on an early drive that was a totally unforced fumble
The HAND OF GOD! Even God is a LSU fan!

I will meet you halfway there. Some of those plays were due to all out blitzes, certainly not all of them.
No one wins every battle. I saw Chase drop a touchdown pass in the playoff game. Burrow threw a few dumb interceptions. So sure, the offensive line got beat every now and then. That doesn't change the fact that they kick the living shite out of Alabama in that game.

Yea, we did. Because LSU outclassed & humiliated Bama.
I live, work and am friends with inordinate amount of blue blood, big $$ booster Alabama fans. One was the Alabama Alumni Association President. Another is a Professional Golfer, who was on Bama's Golf Team, who has been and is very good, personal friends with Saban since he became their coach.
And while I agreed with them, the "Outclassed & Humiliated" comment came from them, not me!
The score was NOT indicative of the beating & control LSU had the entire game.
Regardless.....the manner in which we dominated them was/is NOT the main point of the Topic, which of course the NegaTigers never fail to miss, and instead harp on the negative.
The Positive Point is the history of the last time we played Alabama with a 2:30 kickoff and what occurred. Also we have a positive Trend + Momentum of not only winning, but having played our very best games during Daytime kickoffs recently.
While I love night games, I believe in this case, for this game, the 2:30pm kickoff vs Bama is Ideal & Favors LSU!!

A four or five point winning isn’t exactly considered humiliation.

That touchdown to even make the final score one possession was due to a dumb defensive call by Aranda.
yup. was playing man press when he shoulda been off man playing back or in zone.
stingley burned on the fake look at sidelines call by tua.
ST burned because the guy did not hold on to waddles facemask. had he done that it woulda been no TD just a 15 yard penalty which woulda saved a TD.

Last time we humiliated them was in 1997. However, they have humiliated us numerous times in the last 30 years

Auburn?
Nope we scored early in the 4th quarter to go up 10, and then auburn scored on their last possession of the game to cut it to 3. LSU kneeled it the next possession after
