LINK

This is like when Les said he would be "honored to play that team" again in 2011 and voted Bama ahead of Oklahoma State in his poll.

He certainly doesn't want to upset the committee.

What else are you going to say?

Any comments against the powers to be do more harm than good. We're moving to a 12 team playoff, nothing will change this year

Just make a non-abrasive comment and move on to things that matter to our team

Well he's saying that because he's right!

Sankey and the league would have blackballed the hell out of him if he'd said the opposite.

Dont say anything is smarter cause you may be FSU next year.

The process is stupid, but the committee voted correctly based on their own rules. Jordan Travis being out changes the team. With that said, the subjective method of selecting teams is completely stupid. The playoff expansion can’t come fast enough.

There is a reason why Kelly came to the SEC. It just means more.

Goes completely against allowing student athletes to compete. Basically told 80+ athletes “in their opinion” they are not good enough to compete for a NC due to the injury of one player.

There will never be another FSU again at least in the P4 since the field is expanding to 12. Going forward the teams that get left out will have multiple loses

I don’t disagree. It’s a stupid way to select teams.

Committee got it right, no matter how many 2011 wounds it opens up for Tiger fans

Like a coach with national championship aspirations is going to call out the committee he relies on to get that opportunity.

Committee got it right,

They have no clue. They don't even know what the target is.

But doesnt the committee or BCS do that every year? Isn't Liberty undefeated? I don't see anyone up in arms that committee told them they aren't good enough to compete for a NC and they DIDN'T lose their QB to injury.

Cant leave out an SEC champ.

Cant leave out Texas if Bama gets in.

Florida State not the same team w/o JT.

But mostly, cant leave out an SEC champ. Not sure we as LSU fans should be mad ab that

Here is the official statement I'd personally make if I were BK:

The committee was in a very difficult situation this particular season. I analyzed their situation and I can honestly say that I'm not sure how I would have decided. I respect their decision. I can't say I could have come to a better solution.

He also said that having a 4 team playoff with 5 power conferences is stupid

Doesn’t want to give the SEC more reason to screw us over with officiating against Bama
