If LSU can't use his NIL, then he should pay back all of the money given to him for his NIL while at LSU

I think Jayden should worry more about this coming season with the Commanders and staying healthy so his career doesn't go like RG3, and less on jersey numbers.

His attorney on this is Adam Kenner, who has little on his resume of note, so not sure about the level of counsel he might provide Daniels. He is trying to make a name for himself in this area and he may have advised this just to get his name our there. Kenner is also a Florida graduate.
If Daniels had proper advice, he would have been told that any benefit, were this Cease and Desist to be honored, was overweighed ten to one by the negative press generated.

I’m trying to figure out what any possible benefit would be.
Is he wanting LSU to pay him to use his LSU highlights or something?

Its incredibly short sided by JD and his team to do this. If he blows his knee out or never accomplishes anything in the NFL his only legacy is (was) LSU.

Because the name Adam Kenner would not be in stories and a Florida alum lawyer would not get to cause an issue for a rival school.
