Surely colleges have players sign something saying their NIL can be used by the school when they allow them to put on that uniform, right? Hell I’ve had to sign such to go into certain venues.
Besides, LSU promotions using JD5’s NIL promote him as well as the school. It’s good for his marketing and he should completely rethink his stance here.

Jayden proved himself in college. Had a very decent season and OROY un NFL. But yet to be a an elite NFL QB. He could use 20-30lbs and be a better QB in the pocket. Hes a dual threat but hasnt exactly panned out in NFL yet.

I could be wrong but I don’t think there is legal recourse to stop LSU using photos of Daniels in an LSU uniform.
And hell, how can you stop LSU, in recruitment and advertising, from saying “Heisman Trophy winner Jayden Daniels played here.”?

If Joe Burrow’s reps sent LSU a cease and desist over someone being issued #9, he’d be catching criticism for it too.
The only difference that JB has that would dampen the amount of criticism is because of how fondly fans remember the 2019 season.
