My day is fullfilled now that we have “pirouetting” used in a post. Thanks Rant!

His team listened.

Arizona was 7th in D1 with 319 bases on balls in 63 games. For reference LSU was 48th with 244 in 63 games.

Arizona was also 4th in on base percentage at .422 whereas LSU was #152 at .361

A change 8 seasons in the making.

In that video he told the team to see how many three ball counts they can get to, I could almost hear Mainieri’s laptop hitting the wall in the background.

There are so many philosophical questions that should be asked Monday but the best we’ll probably get are “What’s the biggest difference moving from the PAC 12 to the SEC?” and “What do you think about the food?”.

And Eddie Smith chanting "launch angle" while covering his ears.

I'll really enjoy watching a team with an actual approach.

Watching the CWS, I was quite impressed with the Zona batters’ patient, cerebral, and mature approach at the plate.
