Is this really where we're at? Scoring 25 points vs an SEC cellar dweller is the barometer? I'm not all in on firing Ensminger, but we should have no issue whatsoever moving the ball and scoring points tonight.

nothing they can do will change how people feel about E at this point, it can only be amplified, and most likely will be, when A&M beats us in the last game of the year

In their last 3 SEC games Arkansas is averaging 49 points allowed.

Scoring 25 would be an embarrassment

Are you as happy with mediocrity in your everyday life as you apparently are with lsu’s offense?

if we score less than that, are the offensive concerns validated?

So I guess everyone is still going to hinge on the Bama game for another year? I think you all get my point. Little brother syndrome.

How should we react? Golly gee we shouldn’t expect to have a function offense against Bama 9 weeks in?

When you say hinge on it, what does that mean? We should just forget it and never mention it? Sorry it was an awful performance and until the coaches prove they can really contend for a championship, it’s all we have to go on so if those of you who say you are tired of negativity stop creating threads like this there won’t be responses to it.

Glad the team isn’t like this and can’t look forward with an outside shot of still making the playoff and a probable bid to the Sugar Bowl

Yes they have a lot to play for and they should flush it, why people think that needs to apply to fans is beyond me. I don’t dwell on the loss it’s not affecting the rest of my life but in terms of discussion about the coaches it’s relevant

Right. None of the critical comments have anything to do with the offense being underwhelming, at best, all season. It's just the Bama game.

Most of the people that control this board right now determines if the season is a bust or not by the BAMA game and BAMA alone. Regardless of the final numbers and finish, nothing else matters. Which is an absolute fricking ridiculous stance to take.

There's a difference between going thru 10 lineman and Rantards saying "every team deals with OL injuries".

Obviously it’s not possible to reason with you since you have built it excuses. You say 10 like 10 different guys have been hurt. Injuries are part of the game, I can understand keep injuries affecting things to a degree but again there is a difference between a reasonably competent offenses and #104. If we are expecting the offense can’t be good unless we have 5, 3+ year starters never miss a snap I’m sorry then we will never be good.

By the top two posters, looks like I'm in the right place

They are giving up 33.7 ppg. If we only score 25 that would represent a below average offense. So bitching about that would be justified. There is no reasonable excuse for us to have a below average offense.

25 is your bar? Against a terrible team? It's weird how mediocre some of you aspire to be.

Arkansas gives up 33 points on average.

They are statistically shite on defense

25 wouldn’t be impressive

How is that a built in excuse?

It has happened.

That’s where this crop of LSU fans embarrass themselves. Everything is labeled an excuse. Simply because you hate the coach.

Only two lineman have started every game. Lewis wasn’t even a projected starter before Ingram got in trouble, We’ve had 4 different starters at each tackle position, and 7 different starting combinations.

How is that not widely accepted as bad luck?

Imagine if your Texans went thru that, where they would be, or any team where you actually respected the coach.

Who said we even need that? shite how about just the same line for 2-3 games straight? I don’t even care if the backups are mixed in at one or two spots.

Stop acting like what we’ve been thru on the line is normal.

Will scoring 25 erase the previous 2 weeks (and really season long) ineptitude on offense.

But I’ve already predicted that if LSU rolls, the Ed O lovers would be here telling us everything is fine and there are no problems with the offense.
