It just doesnt fit the situation of a hype song to play during a football game.
Calling baton rouge should only be played pregame for night games when the sun's setting
But even if u concede that both songs suck, at least callin baton rouge makes some kinda sense to play in baton rouge.

on 10/17/22 at 1:28 pm to Nix to TwillieCalling Baton Rouge is about a bootie call. It’s terrible and I’m fine with that. We play it 1-2 times a game, but don’t necessarily have it scheduled as some big part of the in game entertainment script.
CBR is fine as a 1 of 10 pregame / timeout songs.
It should never be used as a fight song or be given more weight than it deserves. The second that happens (and frankly I think we’ve moved a little too much in that direction) it becomes embarrassing.
The Perty song is a humorously try hard attempt at a tradition in a place that is devoid of tradition.
