I can see Landon Clark playing on Saturday

Leavitt was so bad, it’s amazing we had a chance to win. He made some great throws here and there, but he missed so many easy throws in key situations, I don’t know how he can have a long leash.
If Leavitt struggles on Saturday against A&M, I can see Clark getting a series or two to see how he does. I think Lane will have them ready for that possibility. I hope Leavitt can figure things out and play better, but what we saw on Saturday can’t continue.

To be honest he played last night. He has played in every game. So this is not a stretch that he plays next week.

Look man, it wasn’t Leavitt’s fault most of the time. The dude was so scared of getting hit on every single play. Did he panic if his first read wasn’t there? Yes, but I also saw him drop an absolute dime to Watkins for a TD. I’m not ready to give up on him yet. Every single one of the problems he has is coachable. I still think he is our guy.

The backup QB is always the answer. Most fans know this. Why did they even hire Kiffin? When will he respond to the fans?

I’m not out on Sam. But there were multiple plays where he missed a wide open receiver with no pressure. Because his mechanics aren’t great. Hope he figures it out bc if/when he does he’s gonna be unstoppable

Maybe he needs to cut back on his sleep and watch more film and stay after practice with receivers for timing. I don’t think a 21 year old needs 10 fricking hours of sleep a day.

Is this figure outtable if thats a word? When have you seen a QB midseason go from terrible passer to good passer?
We're not waiting until next year. It's either within the next 2 to 3 games, or you're replaced.
If Leavitt carries on as is for the rest of the year, I do not see LSU bringing him back, or even paying him 1/2 what we are now.

Screw the moral compassion. He's a paid athlete. 4.5 million per year. He should at least be able to complete jr high caliber passes.

I’m out on Sam. Kid is a good athlete but this accuracy stuff. It’s been 60% his whole college career.
