I spent my formative years in a Marine Corps Infantry Unit so I did not graduate from
LSU. I am a plain clothes federal officer and usual sport an LSU hat. I must say that Jim Rockford sounds like a pompous POS and should really not be allowed to sport an old school handle like JR.

I do not own any LSU attire. If I did, I would not wear to a LSU event, but possibly to a sporting event at another institution. Otherwise only around the house.

I am an alumn and wear hats, t-shirts and an LSU belt pretty often here in Aggie land. It scares the locals.

I wear LSU clothing of some sort every single day. Some caps, however, are reserved for certain game situations and are not to be worn outside those situations. (I'm not super-stitious, I'm only a little "-stitious.)

I wear my LSU attire year round. No matter where I'm going from the lake, church or wherever. Purple and gold goes with everything

Are you embarrassed you went to LSU? Or embarrassed you didn't go to college at all?
Seriously? Why would it be more egregious to wear LSU clothing over any other sports team on this planet?
You actually have a personal connection to that particular school you attended. It actually makes more sense to wear your college colors over anything else.

Love to wear LSU gear when I travel. I meet Tiger fans everywhere I go. Except for that, it is very seldom I wear Tiger gear around town except for a LSU event.

I am in LSU attire at least twice a week ...whether or not I'm attending a game or not
