There was a major issue with our O line when Moott was here.
I don't care how strong a player is, your technique must be good to
be a good O lineman. When our line failed to get a good push against
lesser opponents, it was genereally assumed by our fans that they weren't strong enough. While strength is a necessity for O lineman, if they can't put that strength with good technique, they aren't going to effective. While I was never sure how good Moffitt was, I was sure that we were certainly strong enough to look much better than we were.

Hopefully we have corrected this situation to now have great coaching along with superior strenth and conditioning

Because it’s his right hand it’s possible he could DH, definitely vantage catch. It all depends on the swelling going down to allow him to grip the bat

I'm for something like the ring of honor which would be similar to retiring a jersey but not a number. As it stands now, Faulk is the only player that I feel should have their number retired. JJ has always relied on 2 catchers, one primary and a second tto catch mid week games and typically game 2 of our SEC series. While I was looking for the flip to Serna as primary catcher, he would never be the exclusive catcher.

What always surprises me about Z Johnson is her ability to rebound and she is better at getting shots off down low without getting them blocked than the 3 that are taller than her
