Just when I thought you couldn't post anything more stupid...

I'd rather have Lane than B.K.

I've spent the better part of the last 20 years hating on Lane Kiffin and everything he has been associated with.
I win.

He was the best option outside of Mike Leach or Les Miles. I have a low tolerance for non weird coaches.

We dont have to "like" him. He just needs to win.

I can't disagree with what Rouge has said about LK. He was immature, got pushed into HC jobs too soon and had an incredible damaging ego.
He failed miserably at Oakland, screwed Tenn big time, and then went to USC to totally flop. I think he needed to be humbled and that he was.
Him going under Saban after all that was what he needed. He is a totally different guy now. Mature, appreciates what he has and is doing in his career, understands how to coach and lead much better. I think in his personal life as well he isa totally different person.
Look I used to hate Kiffin. When he went to Ole Miss you knew he was not the same guy he was evern 10 yrs ago and he started to grown me. But I understand how people can still hate him because they may see a somewhat diff person, they still view him ditching Tenn and Ole Miss as the same thing. So I can understand the hate.

That has to be tiring and also that is quite childish. I don't waste energy on hating anything that hasn't caused me any harm lmfao.

I always enjoyed him
He was a great villain when younger but I came to really like him after his life transformation at ole miss

The simple answer is that the love of LSU outweighs the hate for people who were previously rivals.
Things seem to be different for you.

Cannot believe this troll made it to eight pages.

Not sure why he was hated by anyone in the first place unless they just didn’t like his online trolling.
He always struck me as a great football coach who was so good he had opportunities flung at him left and right (helped by being Monty Kiffin’s son) and who got absolutely fricked by USC getting near death penaltied and getting utterly embarrassed by USC’s AD.
But I have no hate toward him for anything he’s done previously. It never affected me. He was actually fun to watch on Bama’s sidelines because Saban would just rip him a new a-hole every game and his reactions were always great. And he did exactly what every other coach who went through Saban’s Coaching Rehab Center did and came out the other side better.
So, I’m not sure why I should have hated him in the first place, to be honest.

I'll honestly never like Lane Kiffin. But I have always fully supported LSU whether I liked the head coach or not.
I mean I was a passionate LSU basketball fan from jump starting in the early 70's and I honestly never really liked Dale Brown.
So I hope LSU wins at an unprecedented level under CLK but I don't think I'll ever "like" the guy. And whether I like him or not really doesn't mean anything or make any difference.
