Angel isn’t the greatest athlete nor greatest female athlete but she and Caitlin Clark put eyes on the sport like no other. She is great because she help change the narrative for women’s basketball. IMO

Angel sucks really she’s just big and tall, kinda sloppy. She put eyes on LSU cause she’s a good looking chic that’s decent and her TEAM won a title.

its like he doesnt take into account pete maravich or himself at all
there are at least five from the womens track team that are more decorated and accomplished women athletes at lsu just not as famous as Reese

He's objectively wrong but with all the negative hyperbole and vitriol towards the program right now that is also objectively wrong, we needed something to counter that so I'm glad for Shaq stepping up to the plate in that regard.

Shaq's greatest talent is his ability to connect with people, regardless of race, gender or whatever. Everybody loves Shaq, regardless of what team they cheered for because he's just a likeable guy that knows what to say and how to say it.
I truly don't believe Shaq thinks Angel is the best athlete to ever attend LSU, but I think with all the unnecessary negative comments being directed at Angel, he felt he needed to say something to help the situation.
When Shaq speaks people listen and he knows his words carry weight. It's just what Shaq does because that's the type of human being his is and why everybody loves him.

Angel Reese is surely a better athlete than Tyrann Mathieu, Patrick Peterson, Jamarr Chase, Justin Jefferson, Pete Maravich, Chris Jackson, LaRon Landry, DeWayne Scales, or a hundred others we could name.
