Considering he ran the wrong coverage, I don’t think so. Still unbelievable.

If he runs the right coverage, Wake Forest wins the national title. That footnote makes it even better. Played it on instinct instead of by the book

Exerything needed to happen as it did on that play for it to be an out....run that play 10 more times and chances are safe each time.....goes to show your the magnitude of the play knowing WF would be the 2023 NCs

Forgot who on the team explained it in the postgame PC. Skenes was supposed to be covering bunt to that side.

No other play even needs to be considered and the first play that probably comes to anyone’s mind. That was great instincts by Tre otherwise we don’t win the national title.

Morgan missed the sign. The play call was that he was supposed to stay back and Skenes was supposed to be there to get the ball. Skenes wouldn't have gotten it to Milazzo in time which is what makes the play great by Morgan.

Jared Foster had a catch at Aggie to save a game and a throw vs Vandy at the SECt to nail a runner at the plate.

Not near the stage as Tre vs WF but hate factor was much higher.

What about the catch also in the SEC tournament where he channeled his inner Clark Kent and defied gravity.

Headsy and athletic play for sure but it’s hard to beat Ray Wright’s catch in the CWS

I watched this highlight just two days ago and was more impressed than when I watched it a while back.

It was well executed by both sides, but Morgan made the perfect play. No time wasted and a perfect throw. Great tag as well.

Because it was in Omaha, and its gravity, Morgan’s play is the right answer…..but Jared Foster’s catch vs A&M is definitely in the top 5. If Foster’s catch was in a Hollywood movie, you swear it was CG magic.
