Gotta find the short porch at UGA this weekend

7 of the 16 shortest home runs we’ve hit this season were at the short porch of Lindsey Nelson Stadium in Knoxville. All 7 traveled fewer than 360 feet. A major reason why we won that series.

Left handed heavy lineup on the horizon.

Brown would’ve feasted here

UGA is super short in RF. Lindsey Nelson is short in both LF and RF. Not sure exactly how many but I remember a lot at Tenn being in LF and we got robbed on that midget fence in RF

Some of our regular pop up hitters could be able to go yard!

Our regular lineup already is. Unless we play Dardar at 3rd over Pearson, but I don’t think that’s likely after him doubling in the RC gap and launching one into the scoreboard that would have been gone in any park in America.
Could possibly put Reaves at 3rd, move Braun to LF, and give Yorke another shot at 1st. I don’t think there’s much chance of that or Jay would have tried it Tuesday. Not sure how else we could squeeze another LHH into the lineup unless Serna is still banged up and Dardar DHs. But that would be because we had to, not because Jay wanted to.

We need the big fella!

I can see Curiel having a big weekend and maybe Yorke getting another crack at the lineup if the pitching matchup is favorable

Sounds like it’s Yorkes opportunity to redeem himself. Better yet no, keep him on the bench. The freshmen are playing too well for fat boy to throw a giant monkey wrench in our little win streak.

Because Dardar and/or Pearson both have played any if at all in the outfield this year.
