Yes... that's why there are countless videos out there of cops wailing on suspects with then with little to no effect.

Context is missing here. Clearly, something unusual caused the first officer to be there with the bean bag launcher as the video starts.

The strikes were in response to failures to comply with commands, struggles against being restrained or attempts to get up. Almost all were to less damaging areas - deep tissue parts of the body except for one where the arrestee may have turned his shin into the strike as it was taking place. Oh well.

This was not a vindictive beat down, but controlled strikes to gain compliance. My bet is that it will be ruled reasonable use of force.

The lesson here is to not violate laws and then to comply with lawful arrests and argue your case in court rather than on the streets. This is how nobody gets hurt,

Ask me after a female officer in the course of her work impresses you. There's an old adage, if you dont notice the employee doing their job competently and the product is good then the employee has succeeded in their task. I have known great officers, average officers, and not so good officers to put it kindly. Their competency was not based on their sex, race, or other attributes most people like to pigeon hole people into.

Think about this.

Are they on drugs/drunk/mental?

Compliance is the key to not getting your arse beat and with a crowd that ups the level of force police can use.

You do not know what you are talking about so until then go eat a candy bar with some study and come back when you know something of substance.

Stop resisting and lie on the ground.

Non-compliance is resisting.

No issues.
Obey the law or suffer consequences.

We need to go back to being a law and order society regardless of skin color / gender / age / etc.

I have personal issues with some cops but this? I am good with it. Why do idiots fight it? I will never understand.
