Around town a 2015 Fiat 1957 Edition with about 32000 miles. It’s an easy to maneuver souped up go kart and I love it.

For business a 25 Tundra.

For travel, depending on distance, I rent a vehicle. Don’t want to run the miles up on my truck.

Currently debating on buying an older maybe 70s- pre computer and easy access parts that I can modify and not worry about devaluation . for my forever car.

As to Apoquel, he was on that for a bit. Worked until it didn’t. He was up to 4 per day and it began causing health problems.

Cytopoint, I can’t recall if we tried that or not. Will have to ask hubby.

Where did we get him? A breeder in Louisiana. Yes, it is genetic environmental allergies. Didn’t know it at the time - despite his allergies, I am glad I didn’t know. I love this dog.

Moving is not an option though I gladly would if I could.

I have a 6 1/2 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback. Within the past 3 years or so, he has developed allergies. I say developed but maybe they were always there and something kicked them into overdrive. His scratching got so bad at one point he tore off the tip of his ear. It looked like a crime scene in our house. Over one year later and I am still finding random blood splatter… This all caused a skin yeast infection that took many antibiotics, baths, and other lifestyle changes to finally get “under control”. He still gets random small spots and his hair falls out.

About 3 months ago he began rubbing his snout on everything he can in effort to scratch his itch and he is licking his snout like crazy. I checked his mouth to be certain he does not have a tooth problem. He does not.

We have had him tested. He is allergic to life. He is allergic to grass, weeds, trees, soy, and many other things.

We tried allergy shots for about 6 months. Even after lowing the dosage, they made him terribly sick to the point we had to discontinue them.

We have altered his diet. That seems to help a bit but not anything life altering for him.

Daily we have to give him 2 Benadryl and a Zyrtec. This brings mild relief but does not stop it. I am terrified about the potential long-term health consequences of doing this.

His coat gets “greasy”. We bathe him at least 3 times per week using MiconaHex+Triz. We dry him well. That seems to give him mild relief for about 24 hours or so.

He is an indoor dog. Getting him to go outside is like trying to get Madonna to keep her clothes on. So his outdoor environmental exposure is limited. When he does go outside, we put rubber soled boots on his which has helped with his raw and irritated paws and we now keep the backyard pretty much scalped.

Do any of you have any ideas of how I can help him? I am just at a loss and it’s breaking my heart. I don’t have any more answers and neither do the vets here in Alabama.

Most all airlines have reduced their perks. I use American Express Reserve with Delta. It depends on what type of perks you are looking for. Truthfully, were my reserve not my emergency credit card I would’ve canceled it within the last year or so because I do not find the benefits worth it any longer. Your best bet is to review the cards, their perks, and determine what type of rewards you are looking for.

Kiffin has done nothing most every poster on this board and in the world has not done - he took a dream job offered to him that elevated his income, status, and the ability to mold a great team in this crazy NIL football world.

I understand the feelings of betrayal that Ole Miss has experienced because I felt the same when Saban left us to go to the Dolphins and then right to Alabama.

However, Saban left to pursue a dream. There is nothing wrong with that.

Others will complain that Kiffin did it during the playoffs while ignoring the fact, Kiffin wanted to stay and coach the team during those championship games. However, it was the school and some of the players who did not want him to stay.

Regardless of the circumstances, I am never going to fault someone for seizing an opportunity to better their life and live their dream.

We are told constantly, Kiffin is going to leave you too. Eventually, he will, whether it’s because he is recruited by another team, terminated, retirement, or death. Everyone leaves it’s just a matter of when and why.
