The point of use electric ones are okay, but one for the whole house/camp whatever, require a ton of power. Minimum I believe is (3) 40 amp breakers and most are 4. It's like running 3 or 4 ovens every time you turn on the hot water and most people have to upgrade the electric panel to accommodate.
