Baker’s second half adjustments have been next level amazing to witness.

He stays here a handful of years and we’ll have the absolute best defense in the country

I’m ready to see what he can do with better DBs than Sage Ryan and Major Burns.

Nuss has been sacked like 2/3 times all year. We still struggle running the ball but calling the oline arse is just dumb.

It’s just so hard to explain what happens in the offseason and how he can start the season seemingly so unprepared.

I mean I get it. We are improving. But imagine not shitting the bed against USC and being undefeated. Because we should be.

We e had 3 tight games. We won two and lost 1

Ed caught lightning in a bottle. Then, his personal life fell apart and so did he.

Brian Kelly has been a level headed administrator. That is what a head coach is.

He is a good teacher and the boys are beginning to show the effects.

He started with a dumpster fire.
Good job, BK, good job!

The main thing missing was intermediate throws. It seemed like once we got to the 30, everything was on thrown in the end zone.

We need more intermediate passing to move the sticks IMO.

We absolutely have to get more yards on the ground.

He’s still terrible preparing his team to play with extended time to prepare.

The offense was pretty horrendous most of the night, actually. They didn't strike me as being better than in previous weeks.

The Ole Miss defense had a lot to do with that. They have legit top tier talent this year- and LSU found a way to overcome that. I’ll take it.

The comparison to Les Miles tonight was having a 1,000 lb rabbit's foot up his arse b/c we were lucky as shite in that game.

The OL is arse.

You mean the OL that didn't give up a sack last night? While LSU sacked Dart 6 times?

The OL was DOMINANT in pass protection last night. Nuss had all day to throw.

Our issues with the running game are schematic and on Kelly/Sloan.

It was good to finally see some pistol, though, but we run a very, VERY vanilla/basic run scheme.

We were pretty sloppy, but Nuss made 3 or 4 throws that were difference makers. That's what separates him from Dart. Dart sort of shuts down under pressure. Nuss thrive, but the 43% completion and 2 ints are sloppy and ugly. We need to get a running game. D is still giving up big plays. Lots of things to work on. This was as close as it get's. Not sure Lane can win a big one, but he looks great against unranked teams.

Wasn't that glorious? Loved that Dart kept ending up on the ground. A good LSU defense is a thing of beauty.

The next step forward HAS to be the underperforming o line.

No sacks on 52 attempts? I get that the running game is not where we want it, but wow!
