Pretty sure he accidentally let milams name slip as a guy whose last time was on that field on the night the sec champ game ended

I hope so..
The main thing this team was lacking this year was vocal kick some arse guy.
Miriam and Derrick Carell was supposed to be the leaders.. They were too quiet and bit their fingernails too much

Quite the opposite, it proves Milam is going to be back. He’s going to move over to second base which is the only place he will play in MLB, so he gets another year to showcase his stud abilities at 2B and improve his hitting thus improving his draft stock.
ETA: 5 for 5 is the difference here

If Milam stays then Park & Ruckert battle for 2nd.

Milam is getting drafted between the 4th and 6th rounds. Buddy has played his last game in purple and gold

Love Milam but he seems destined for a career grinding away in low-a ball. Maybe AA if he hits well enough.
It’d be awesome if he’d delay that for a year and come back.

Milam will be drafted inside the top 10 rds. He will sign. MLB teams lose the slot value for that pick if they aren’t signed. I’m pretty sure every player since 2016 drafted in the top 10 rds has signed.

No the main thing they were lacking were pitchers who could consistently get people out.
