I will be glad when this snow is gone because it's clear you second graders need to return to the classroom and teachers need to teach you how to stay on the topic. The topic was about Daniels possibly being the best dual QB in college and NFL history!
It’s a topic you admit you don’t have a proper frame of reference on. It’s like me saying Jaws is the best movie ever. “Well, have you seen any others?” “Nope. Just Jaws.” “Well, you should check out Star Wars.” “Stay on topic!”
It doesn’t make sense.

Say what you want, but if Daniels can stay healthy, there's a real possibility he could be the best dual QB to ever play in college and the NFL.
Yes, health will determine his legacy. But, NFL defenses always find a way. JD will need to adapt and he has the skills to do it. Playoff wins and a SB victory would seal it.

I'm proud to say I haven't watch a complete NFL game in 10+ years, and don't plan on starting, but I do enjoy watching highlights of Daniels. Say what you want, but if Daniels can stay healthy, there's a real possibility he could be the best dual QB to ever play in college and the NFL.
The first statement probably explains your ignorance in the second statement.
Perhaps you don’t realize the top 2 MVP candidates are also dual threat QBs. Daniels is fantastic and has a chance to be among the best QBs in the league, but there are some pretty damn good dual threat guys right now, much less all-time. Let’s just be grateful that we have 2 fantastic NFL QBs right now and not start crowning either as “once in a lifetime talents.

New rule changes are enabling dual threat QB's to avoid injury and gain more running yards. Comparing the QB today to years ago is not that simple and no way to fairly judge either way.
The game has changed as everything evolves

The NFL playoffs have been money for a few years now and the insufferable WOKE stuff has largely been scrubbed. If you can make it through both the length and content of the commercials, you’ll be fine. Maybe start 30 minutes late and fast forward through all the commercials. The game itself is excellent imho.

Then why did you feel the need to tout your decade-long NFL protest which made it a multi-topic post? This isn’t the poli board no one cares

If I don't like a product, the only real power I have as an individual is to not purchase / consume that product.

They’re really making their mark too.

NEW YORK – February 13, 2024 – An estimated 123.7 million viewers tuned in for Super Bowl LVIII on Sunday, February 11, according to average audience estimates from Nielsen. The broadcast averaged 120.3 million viewers on CBS alone, making it the largest audience for a single-network telecast to date.

If this is due to politics then I’m on the same side of the aisle as you. In fact, I’m MAGA as hell and just got back from DC. I say that to say that you’re only cheating yourself.
It’s okay to watch the game and if you’re a big Daniels fan. You’re crazy not to. I look at it similarly as I do a terror attack, albiet on a much smaller scale. If suddenly you’re too scared to live your life as you previously did because of the a-hole that drove his truck down Bourbon St. killing innocent people, well then you’ve let him win. If you previously enjoyed watching the NFL but stopped out of protest, all you’re doing is depriving yourself of something you previously enjoyed.
You sound like a big Jayden Daniels fan. If so, it’s foolish not to let yourself watch. Watch the game. It’s not going to hurt you.

Just wait until next season after NFL DCs have an entire off season to study game tapes and identify tendencies.

College football would LOVE to “suffer the same fate” as the NFL regarding popularity.

Downvote away, but I’m not wrong.
“The NFL is significantly more popular than college football.
For example, our game against Texas in the playoffs on Saturday, December 21 drew 8.6 million viewers. That same day, the Ravens and Steelers played a regular season game, and it drew 15.4 million viewers.
That same day, SMU played Penn State in the playoffs. It drew 6.4 million viewers. The Texans vs. Chiefs regular season matchup that day drew 15.5 million viewers.
When college games don't compete directly with NFL games on a given day, they do have higher ratings. Indiana vs. Notre Dame playoff game had 13.4 million viewers, while the Tennessee vs. Ohio State game drew 14.3 million viewers.
For the 2024 season, NFL games have an average viewership of 10.6 million. That is higher than all but four college football games this season.”
