re: Class Action lawsuit idea? - BornAndRaised_LA
If the Dems end up ramming all this shite we think they are going to do... there needs to be a class action lawsuit by all the Red States and representing the 80 million Trump voters who are not being represented.
I’m sure you felt this same way when Trump issued his infamous “We w...

re: Question: How is it constitutional to restrict the rights of 18-20-year-olds to drink? - BornAndRaised_LA
I like the 10th Amendment argument, but they appear to have somehow gotten around it by saying “we can overstep our powers and strip a right from your citizens because the penalty to the states for non-compliance is not the bad...”...
I'm not saying 18 year olds shouldn't be allowed to drink...but there's nothing saying they have the right to
Which document or authority grants rights in this country? Rights aren’t granted...they are either specifically protected or they are individually taken away. There is “...

re: Question: How is it constitutional to restrict the rights of 18-20-year-olds to drink? - BornAndRaised_LA
Doesn't apply here. Same reason 12 year olds can't drive or 15 year olds can't get a credit card.
At what age are you considered an adult? To vote? To serve? To sign legal papers? I don’t see how you can equate adults to 12-year-old children. Though federal age discrimination ...
Exactly. You are trying to understand the logic of people who can contort the meaning of the word 'is' to confuse and justify their behavior.
Reagan was a Republican...Clinton distorted “is”. But I don’t want to make this a “Reagan-big government” bashing...I just want to know how ...
The human brain doesn't fully develop until around age 25. Restricting the drinking age was to protect 18 year olds from causing brain damage to their not yet fully developed brain.
Is the right to drink somewhere in the constitution?
No... It does not contain phrases like, "The People shall have the right to free speech." It contains language like, "Congress shall make no law… abridging free speech…" or "..the right of the People to keep and bear Arms, sha...

Question: How is it constitutional to restrict the rights of 18-20-year-olds to drink? - BornAndRaised_LA
I understand why Reagan pushed MLDA and I’m tracking the 10% loss of federal highway dollars for non-compliance...but how is it constitutional to strip away rights from one set of adults while allowing others to keep that right strictly based upon a demographic determination? (I’m 44...but have a...

re: Already A Compilation Of Comrade Biden's Press Secretary - BornAndRaised_LA
That’s a pretty pitiful attempt. There were plenty of legitimate verbal pauses, but a ton of that was just word fragments spliced out and a few “ands” thrown in. I mean, shit, when you just strip out all the consonants anyone would sound like that. ...
We can't have a meaningful conversation if you dont know the difference in "salary" and "compensation".
I’m saying a salary is irrelevant when the compensation is that high. For the President, there is only salary and intangibles. There are no stock options for the federal gove...
