Dick had an emotional / braindead reaction to the Smart controversy, but for most of his career he’s been a fun CBB personality.
If he wants to join the good guys, I’m willing to have him back.
I know not everyone will feel this way & I expect to get downvoted to hell… but I could buy that he just got caught up in the moment. For me it’s like trying to stay mad at Lee Corso. He’s too endearingly stupid to mean harm.
In any case, he’s definitely not the same as like Goodman or Dellenger or Forde, who seem to have some sort of personal vendetta against Wade/LSU.
If he wants to join the good guys, I’m willing to have him back.

He’s getting on the train now that he knows the playing field has been leveled. WW is a good coach and we can pay players just like Kansas and the blue bloods. LSU is going to make some deep runs in the tournament the next few years.

I don’t care. That dude is dead to me as an announcer. He was on a crusade against Wade and LSU while ignoring clear violations from Duke, Kansas, and other protected programs. I’ll never have any respect for him or care what he thinks.
