So if we are still paying his buyout does that mean he is basically coaching for free? He was gonna get buyout money anyway. Salary should come out of that right? So we picked up a coach for nothing more than already paying?

That's a good point. If he is still getting buyout money, put him to work. Just don't let him touch anything.
