I think Leavitt would be looking for some guarantees for the QB1. He would be QB1 if he stays at ASU, so he would want assurances.....which I would be opposed to considering his injury is so severe and he can't do reps in the spring. At least that is what I was led to believe about this type of injury.

If he doesn't believe he can beat out the QB from Elon then he shouldn't be the #1 player in the portal and he's not the alpha we need.

Not saying they haven't offered some assurances, but if he's scared he can't "take" the QB1 spot, we don't need him.

At Elon
i get it but he will also have sec caliber linemen and sec skill at his disposal also. Can he bring it over? I think so.

See Chambliss. He was at ferris state before OM. He was the back up at beginning of the year.

Possibly but I think Clark is a better fit. Jmo. Watch film, Clark literally is a better athlete, can read tight windows and is a better runner and healthy to start day 1.

Why not have both? They can always battle it out. We’ll need more than 1 anyway

That’s just his daily affirmation before hot yoga.

I was hoping to go this morning by myself. But my freshest lulu lemon shorts were running late. The 22 year old Malaysian girl is going to bring em by quick as they get em. I’ve only got some iron man bikini cuts on with a Benetton Rugby Shirt.

Oh no doubt.

I was just giving my opinion. Watching both guys, too me, Clark having lsu to surround him looks more natural. It will be interesting to see if Leavitt comes. I was hearing he is going to Miami so. We will see.

I got blasted yesterday for having two many posts. Some clown was worried that he had been here only two years less than me but had only half the posts. I’m not apologizing because I am afforded waaay too much down time at work. Make better life choices…
Anyway I’m on team Leavitt. If he comes , he starts. Period. Top transfer quarterbacks don’t transfer to ride the pine. Just my .02.

Multiple qbs coming to a team with zero and each will have opportunity to earn it. Leavitt would be the favorite, but each will come in thinking they have a shot to earn it in practice. Chambliss started out low-man last year and almost took them to the natty. I wouldn't make assumptions in January.

Safe to assume that Lane knows who fits his offense more than anyone here. And that Lanes knows how to look at film better than anyone not a professional coach. That he's spending all this time & money in pursuit of Leavitt is telling in itself.

Correct. His spring season is out. This is the same type of injury that ended Cam Newton’s career.
