Right. So far there's been several sure things mentioned that may or may not happen, so most rumors are false. Regardless of what happens there is no one outside the principals involved who know how it went down.

Why would he turn down the $2.5M we offered. Seems pretty boneheaded. TCU or Ole Miss aren't going to come close to paying that kind of scratch.

There's a number of candidates still alive in Super's. Would be very bush league to announce a hire with all of that going on. If it's McDonnell they're waiting for PM's exit. I'm just glad Casey and KOS are non factors.

I think the only guy in the room that knows for sure what is going down is Scott. The names being floated around by LSU sources are pure speculation. the only other person who could be in the know truly is his right hand Stephanie Rempe.
I think with a guy like Scott who likes to work in the shadows essentially coaching scoops and rumors at this point are all just that, rumors
