And I will, I think it's a good and honest opinion.
i will stick with mauck-natty, flynn-natty, JR-sugar bowl # 1 pick but that is just my opinion as well.

actually I will defend both sides here. they post some facts such as comp % overall. and a sec west title.but zero breakdown and context. we provide that. sacks, YPA, intermediate % or deep %, etc. they run away mad.

plus they fail the eye test. holding ball too long, slow processing, etc.

I’ll never not have my own opinion

The day you decided to pay him $10mm a year

I am certainly past that point now and wish everybody else would get there because the conversation is tiresome.

A totally different game to play now that transfer portal and NIL are part of the process.
BK is a process guy and has a procedure for everything and seems to be very detail oriented. This will not be his first QB controversy and he seems to communicate very well with his players. I am going to trust that he will handle this in the manner that wins the most games for LSU.
That being said, he is dealing with 18-25 year olds who have been told most of their life that they are the second coming. . .

What alternative is there?
Posted on 1/3/23 at 1:53 pm to macaoidh
Did that when he was hired. My opinion doesn't matter to him anyway just like every other opinion on the Rant doesn't matter to CBK.
He got 10 wins this season. Leave him to his job. He knows what to do.

Fortunately, LSU has never asked my opinion. They only ask me for money.

He’s the coach and we’re fans so I think BK can make the decisions

BK will do what he wants.
BK is a fantastic coach who is right more often than he is wrong.
BK is not infallible.
BK does not have a great history of QB development.
All 4 statements are true.

Any plan that involves Daniels being the best option for next season and intentionally lowering the ceiling of the team is not a good one.
Jayden had a perfect pocket pretty much all day and still took forever to find wide open receivers. He is what he is as a player. We can keep wasting critical developmental time on him or we can prepare for our future.

BK does so many things right. He is a true program manager. Very smart to play all 3 QB's yesterday, that is understated, keeps them all in the hunt at least through the spring. Could have pulled a Les Miles and banished Nabors to the sidelines after all the muffs and drops during the season, instead keeps feeding him the rock and the kid made plays. Many questioned Taylor's big role at TE early on, questioned why Perkins was not on the field every snap. We saw how that all played out. BK knows what he is doing and we should trust him to do the job he was hired to do, he has earned it.

Last season, the poor offensive line play had such a big part in the QB.
Basically took Brennan out of contention and gave JD a huge leg up.
With the huge improvement of the line, passing downfield will be much
more of a priority because there will be time to throw.
The offense runs at a much better pace with Nuss, it’s always if he can
use better judgment in throwing into coverage. It’s crazy how or QB’s are such
opposites with one being far too cautious and the other not cautious enough.
Hopefully one or both can come to the middle, where we need them. And Howard is extremely talented, so he if very likely to jump into the mix
