I don’t care how talented he is. He’s already quit on the team...twice. Let him go. He clearly doesn’t want to be here. Would be awful for locker room morale.

Just needs to get his head straight.
He might be having 2nd thoughts. We as fans should change our tune with Gilbert. The dude is going through some things. The best thing we can do is support him.

This season proved more than any other that all the talent in the world can be derailed by bad chemistry and locker room culture.

Prior to opting out he caught 30 plus catches for 400 yards. He’s a big piece of our offense and will be sorely missed if we lose him to the transfer portal

More like shitty coaching hires. If the defense wasn't historically awful, this is a fairly successful season.

Perhaps his team mates that have decided to return have reached out to him. Maybe Ensminger or O has. Maybe this means nothing.
Who knows at this point?
