Lsu is gonna curb stomp ole piss. This LSU team is low key, a legitimate powerhouse this season.

LSU will be up by 11 mid 4th and add on a touchdown to win 38-20.

I think we will be better both on O and D. We’ve upgraded the staff. Play calling will be top shelf. D has upgraded. Pass rush returns. Baby Boy Brigade will keep us fresh. Looking forward to see Ty B.

OM D worse w/o Princewill and TJ. Can’t stop the run. New OC. Pressure is on OM due to achievements of last year.

LSU 34. OM 17

OM still has one of the best QB+RB1 tandems in the nation, and Golding will field a good D.
My hope is Golding, being a defense coach, gets the new OC to slow down last year’s quick strike high scoring offense so the defense isn’t gassed. That should screw up the rhythm.
I cant help but see this Golding hire go the way of Mike Archer. Start off great, out after 4 years.

Beating Ole Miss doesn't mean shite if we shite the bed against Clemson or turn around and lose to A&M at home the next week. Don't look ahead. Quit counting your eggs before they hatch. One week at a time. Let's focus on running Clemson out the stadium before we move on to the next week.

Usually the polsters punish a team severely when promoting an assistant to 1st time HC. We take half their coaching staff and several of their best players and they still get ranked several spots above us. Does the AP poll really make sense or is it just some kind of popularity contest with an agenda. Are they saying Golding is the first rookie HC that is better than the guy he replaced. A coach that has been a HC since he was 31 years old? I know I'm biased, but that makes very little sense. If LSU had promoted Sloan or Baker to a 1st time HC,rather than hire Kiffin, it would not have made the preseason top 25. Is Chambliss really that good? Maybe they still think our 2026 QB is a dinged up Nuss. I understand putting A&M or the Sooners ahead of us, but the Ole Miss ranking, I don't get, other than Chambliss being the 2nd coming of Joey B.

They have that QB, who is great. They will play with fire, too. But they've lost almost all their coaches.

We have to get a couple scores in, withstand the energy, then wrestle the momentum away in the second half.

Part of me thinks LSU walks in there and just destroys them the same way Saban teams used to crush dreams.

2.5 weeks before either team has played a single game and you think you know how the game will unfold?

We will be lucky to get out of there with a win. SEC road game against a team returning a heisman candidate QB and first team all American running back. Take off the glasses, pump the brakes, and let’s beat Clemson first.
