I still think we are to see their best. I’m really looking for a compete game from the Tigers this weekend. Have we really had that yet?

Got down to FSU, State, AU, FL and OM and came back. TN debacle. Close games with Bama and Arky. I have a feeling this team goes haywire on Sat

Duh. They’ve gotten better each week and we haven’t seen them drop yet. So either they will keep gettin better or they will drop the next game.

I think we’ll see them peak in the fourth game from now.

LSU peaked against Alabama. They're playing at a high level but it probably won't get as high.

That being said, LSU doesn't have to play at a high level to take care of business on Saturday. TAMU has thrown the towel in.

I agree with you. Based on their performance and improvement each week... It's reasonable to expect to see continued improvement.

That being said, if we end up in a close game(of any remaining we play) special teams blunder could kill us.

You saw it in spurts during the 3 game stretch of Florida, OM, Bama. We took a step back against Arky. Hopefully, we return to form this week and ride that momentum into Atlanta.

The peak was quarters 2-4 vs ole miss. 42-3 during that stretch.

Reality:
If we go 4-0, we are National Champions.

Do I believe this team could win its next 4 games.

ABSOLUTELY!!!

Man for man Georgia isn’t better than us. Them losing Nolan Smith on defense is huge.

The only team that I think had the coaching and skill players to beat us is Ohio State.

TCU, Michigan, USC, and damn near anybody other top 10 team aside from Bama, does not stand a chance (In my opinion) to beat Kelly and this team, which is absolute ascending.

Ik it was just UAB, but Jayden looked as comfortable as ever throwing the ball and converting on 3rd down.
I think having this game sandwiched in the back half the schedule did a lot of good for him.

Also proved the team is focused and won’t play down to an opponent, which is what you worry about at this time of the year - losing focus.

The way they played against Bama is hard to top. Idk that they need to keep peaking linearly necessarily, but they will definitely have to play their best game of the year against UGA

Really hoping this is a big departure from Ed and Les’ tenures here. We’ve got to be prepared for this Ag team late. They’re going to bring their best shot and they have talent. It seems like Kelly has been able to keep them dialed in. Can’t wait to watch Perk chase Weigman for four quarters (if only Min Johnson were a go).

I recall feeling VERY good about the future of LSU football when Saban pulled in 2001 class.

I am got similar VERY good feeling about the future of LSU football in the last few weeks.

This season has far exceeded my expectations. All gravy at this point.

Next few years are going to be a lot of fun.

So, so different than 2020-21.

The offense has played great at times and the defense great at times. We haven’t put it all together.

Hard to see how we could play much better than we did against 'Bama, but that level could STILL be good enough to beat anyone else, including Georgia.
