This is what I’m talking about.

The reporter did not ask him about Trump. He chose to slap that grease on extra thick, so dear leader could know his arse is wide open.

The arse kissing is so shameless and unnecessary. Imagine being a coach who doesn’t support Trump, seeing that mess. We are automatically out of consideration. This will not die easily. But is in no way a good look for the university.

Same people applauding this, then say keep politics out of sport. Again I pray that sensible Republicans vote this clown out of office. He may single handedly ruin the one thing we all love most.

The outrage has nothing to do with Woodward. It’s that Magalicious cock in his mouth.. The fact that some are not bothered by Trump arse licking lets you know how far gone some people are. They gone gone.

As far as being an LSU graduate that bleeds Purple and Gold, This was legit the most embarrassing thing I have ever seen. Period.
The lengths these guys go to suck 47 meat is crazy.
I was a Big Skyler Green fan back then. I don’t remember us running 6 to 7 lateral passes per game back then. Maybe once or twice.

I could be wrong.
Yes. It would be another wasted year. If this year was supposed to be “see you in the championship,” both the coach and us as a fan base or delusional. I’m still can’t blame any of the losses on the defense. Vandy wasn’t their best game, by a long shot, but this offense is a mess.

Considering the Zavion play was a busted play, produced by his effort and his effort alone, means this offense really only schemed up 17 points. ???????
This offense has way too much talent at the skilled positions to be this bad.

Yes, the line struggles a lot, but line play is about 20% of the problem in the whole of our offensive struggles. Play calling, QB decision making, play execution, situational awareness, unnecessary rotations, and play design make up about 80% of what’s wrong with our offense.

Joe Burrow went to the Super Bowl playing behind the worst line in the NFL. I know Joe and Nuss are not comparable, just making the case that teams have succeeded despite not having the best Oline. This entire offensive staff has decided to die on the Nuss bus, when it’s obvious that his lack of mobility and unwillingness to run really limits what we can do as an offense.

Realistically expecting us to win out at this point is wholeheartedly comical.
Has anyone else ever seen a successful team/offense, where you can say that the “offensive identity” is WR quick screens.

I have never seen it. Maybe someone else has.
If you told me, that any power five schools main offensive play, were lateral passes to the WR’s, I would by default assume that school would have a horrible offense.

The fact that our “offensive identity” = WR screens, is pretty embarrassing.

The defense got us two 3 and outs when we needed it most, and our offense did nothing when it mattered the most.

Let’s not mention that expecting the D to get 3 straight and outs, instead of expecting that our offense could convert a 4th and 8, is absolutely infuriating. If this coach had 0 confidence that the offense could gain 8 yards to keep the game alive, what are we doing.

.
I did not realize this until I rewatched the game. So if this has already been posted and discussed, pardon my ignorance.

But the fact that he made the tackle on the play that he fumbled, says a lot about his want to and effort.

The guy was fully tackled to the ground, got up, and ran down the defender that looked like he might walk in with the scoop and score.

Just super impressed by that type of hustle, on a play that didn’t go our way.
Facts!!!

I posted back then about how Etienne was just as if good as Cam Akers, I almost was laughed out of the forum.

re: 2026 Louisiana RB Jamarcea Plater

We just watched Gibbs run wild at Bama, go in the top half of the first round, weighing 195 to 200 lbs, score 20 + TD’s last year while splitting carries in Detroit ??, in the NFL and some still think you need to be 225 to be an SEC back.

This weight logic at RB doesn’t make one bit of since. Anything near 200 is big enough.

JT Lindsey and Harlem Berry are both true freshman currently listed at 184 and 185 on the official roster.

Berry deserves his praise and high ranking, as he legit reminds me of Reggie Bush.

On the other hand, I’d take Plater over JT anyday. In my opinion, their tapes are not eclose as far as vision, agility, decisiveness and explosiveness.

And trust, as a Tiger fan, I want the best for all of our players. But if JT is a back deemed good enough to wear the LSU uniform, no way Plater is less of a talent.

Again, this is no knock on JT, I wish him all the best as a Tiger. This is just for comparison sakes for those posting saying Plater is not LSU material.

If plater was at RB as a sophomore, instead of safety, he’d have way more offers. Dude is a special back.

Regardless, in the portal era, even when missing on any in state prospect, there’s always the chance to get them in the portal if they ball out on another campus.

Plater will certainly be a 200 lb back by the time he is on a college campus. He was hands down one of the most wanted football athlete in the Shreveport area. Every high school in the area was after this kid. His middle school team was back to back undefeated champs because all they had to do was give him the ball.

He was at safety his first two years of high school. He would probably have more offers if not for that reason alone. They moved him to RB his junior year, and that tape speaks for itself.

re: Any word on Harold Perkins?

The Harold Perkins takes on this board are laughable.

Imagine not letting Von Miller or Lawrence Taylor, do what they do best.

1. Harold Perkins’ impact as a freshman was all world. Most of the current Perkins critics, have a short memory of how the felt about him literally 16 months ago.

2. As LSU fans, we spent his entire sophomore season in the twilight zone, wondering why the best pass rusher on the team was dropping into coverage 95% of the time. This was the worst coaching decision in the world. Not at all a Perkins decision. The fact that he still had 5.5 half sacks while being totally hamstrung by the coaching staff is a miracle.

3. You could watch football for another 100 years and not see someone make the play Perkins made during the opener vs USC. On an option play, Perkins tackles both the QB and the running back at the mesh point, the QB finally keeps the ball, the RB breaks free from the scrum as Perkins is tackling the QB, before hitting the ground, the QB then tosses the ball to the RB, Perkins leaves the QB and tackles the RB. WTF!?!?!

Yet we think we were better without him, despite being killed by running QBs all year without him.

Other points.

1. Many times when he rushes, other Tigers break free because of the extra attention he requires. Also consider the many occasions where the pressure he causes by pursuit literally runs the opposing QB into waiting teammates.

2. The number of holding penalty’s he draws while rushing are just as impactful as a sack. Sadly, they rarely rushed him during year 2.

3. Anyone thinking that a defense gets better, by taking away a player like Harold Perkins, is hard to imagine talking to in real life.

Long live the internet.

This would be unbelievable.
We bout to be like the 99-01 Rams.
It’s pretty non sustainable. Basically, every player, on every team is an unrestricted free agent. Every year.

I would not own any Saints gear if that was the way NFL rosters were constructed. Player development, loyalty, team pride, and long term relationship building have all been replaced by the mighty dollar in college football.

It would be hard to support an NFL team if I could never be sure that my favorite players were there on a long term commitment. These college athletes are all on perpetual one year deals.

I love them getting their money, it’s long overdo, but the rules of unlimited transferring have to be revisited.
Big Facts.

Fans woulda have petitioned to pull Jayden’s scholarship had he played this bad.
