I really don't see how they can enforce wearing a mask once you get into the stadium. I went to a few baseball games at the Box and the enforcement was inconsistent at best. You had those mask nazi's who would walk up and down the aisles telling you to pull up your mask while others didn't say a word. To be honest, I don't think it's going to be enforced.

If I was living in Louisiana, I would be at every home game, mask-less of course.

Less. Not until all of the bullshite rules are gone. Beer is cold, couch is comfortable and TV is big and clear at my house.

if you've been vaccinated, then why do you care?

Full disclosure, I've had Covid and also have been vaccinated, and I don't care one iota whether anybody around me is vaccinated or not. This is also for a virus with a 99.5+% survival rate.

Some people have simply lost their minds.

It won't. You think the marshals will be walking up 20-25 rows of stairs if they don't have to>

This year? Probably more. I think the lack of crowd is going to be nice, especially for my kids first game

Would much rather be in Tiger Stadium thats 70-80% full of Tiger fans who are negative or vaccinated than having to deal with the dead stadiums we had last season.

No, not until we can get this virus under control. Just lost a close friend and not about to try my luck! I hear people talk about this virus like it's nothing, but you will change your tune when it hits close to home. I will enjoy the game with AC, food and a nice beverage!

MORE.

PROS: Tailgating, TGBFTL and Golden Girls, Pre-Game, Death Valley, kickoff!

CONS: Masks. Don't mind wearing one but might let it 'slip' below my nose :) And I've already been vaccinated and have the card.
Traffic. But not really because we get there extremely early and listen to the post game in the car after the game until traffic starts moving. Never been much of an issue with us...

By that logic why have the game at all? Should the people at the game “try their luck” for your TV entertainment?

Been going to games since 1975, not gonna let a lil' virus stop me now. Went last year & will be at every home game again this season.

well regular seasonal flu kills 40-80,000 every single year. Should we mask up and close down for that too?

Car crashes kill 40,000 and seriously injuries many more. Should we shut down the roads?

Life has risks, and we can’t shut down society for them.

Besides, Covid has a 99.5+% survival rate.

i prefer to watch from home for none of the reasons you mention.

The big ones (in no order):
1) the heat through most of the season is just too much for me. add rainy game.. just rather be at home

2) chances of some a-hole standing through the ENTIRE game right in front of me are too high. i want to watch the game, not some dudes levi's

3) with traffic it's pretty much an 8+ hr event for me. I just rather relax more and/or run errands on saturday and watch on tv.

i know - im a wuss.

i'll say this though, once a year i still go to a game late in the season when it's cool and it's a big SEC game and for me personally it makes it all that much sweeter.
