There is no justification to have Kling in the lineup. Consistent poor at bats, strikes out over 40% of his at bats. Flat has not earned his playing time. ...

I agree with the OP, also:
After the 1st Tenn Game, this baseball team has struck out 290 times this year. That’s 25% of the time. And that’s overall for every game, if you just took SEC games, that percentage gets way higher.

The think the coach overpromised playing time to get them on campus. And based his decision in part on “combine-style” workouts (Perfect Game). Now we have players that havent earned playing time based on his performance. over 2 years, Kling has lost his starting job twice.

I don’t think Kling has a batting average in SEC play. Leads the team in K’s. He hadn’t earned the right to be in the lineup. This is two years now that he has to be benched for poor performance...
