Nuss will be back next year. Get a 10 win season under your belt this year and see what happens. QB will be seasoned... Experienced offense, experienced defense...

We were never going to win a championship this year.

Heck, if Nuss has a year of experience under his belt instead of being a first year starter, this team would be a legitimate threat.
if Kelly was a forward thinker Nuss would be in his 2nd year as a starter but he isn’t.

Nope. He won't even make the playoffs.

Aggie fan here, I come in peace!

Just going to give you my .02 cents from an outside view.

First off, weird game last night. I thought you guys came out on fire and were going to run us out of our own stadium.

I’ve always known LSU to have 3 things as a staple.

Great OL & DL
Great CB’s
Great skill players

The rest have always been great but to me, those 3 have been what has always defined LSU as a team for the last decade at least. (I could be wrong)

You guys are soft in the middle on both lines, which is crazy!!
You can’t run the ball and push people around and you can’t stop the run up the middle. Very unlike LSU!!!

You have the pieces to be a great team, you’re not lacking talent. I just think hiring BK from ND was a mistake culture wise. He is not a good fit at LSU.
He’s an ok coach but not SEC top echelon.

At ND, he would get to the playoffs and shite the bed, his ceiling is not very high and definitely is holding back LSU.

Just an observation, if I’m LSU….i would go and get the Indiana coach and dump Kelly like A&M dumped Fisher!!

Best of luck for the remainder of the season!

The first game next year will be the rebirth of Dabo Sweeney. Like Norvell and Riley before him, Dabo and Clemson feast on an unprepared Kelly coached team.

You sound like a total spoiled child.

Do you know how bad teams like Auburn Florida and Oklahoma would kill to be where LSU is right now? We’re not completely awful dude it’s not even like that. I don’t know who you think LSU is but they are a program who’s historically been able to snag a national title here and there. They aren’t some machine like Bama that spits out championships.

We might get Baker for another year or two tops. He's already being mentioned for HC jobs.

He will have to catch lightning in a bottle. Something like last years offense then randomly have an actual elite defense

Les miles and Ed O managed to win ncs at LSU.

If BK can’t get it done then Scott should be sent out with him

Our fans melt like wimps.

We whipped their arse in first half, and got our's whipped in 2nd half. We are 6-2 and we want to fire the coach, fire the OL coach, fire the OC, bench the QB, bench the receivers, ...

We had 280 yrs in first half and held them to 140. Then we shite the bed in 2nd half. Elko made a good move by going to the running QB, and we didn't adjust. Momentum changed and we choked. As a team. Nuss, Oline, play calling, tackling, defensive scheme all share blame but this is the same group that was better than a&m for a half. The sky is not falling. I hope the coaches and team handle it better than our fans.

We sure have a bunch of fair weather cry big babies as fans!

Simply put LSU wins this game if Nuss doesn't throw those 3 ints.

Nuss was throwing into very tight coverage first half. That’s a plus for Nuss. Second half still had very tight coverage but defense took advantage and started going for an interception.

Unfortunately LSU doesn’t have a run game and had to rely on a passing game that wasn’t working 2nd half.

Sabin says running the ball down their throats is the secret of success.

To win the title you now have to win multiple games in a row against top teams.

BK struggles in big games. Hard to see him winning 3-4 in a row.

Yes. Program is much better off than 3 years ago. Championship teams are always magical. No one expected 2019.

No one expected 2011.

They just kind of happen.

At this point of the season in 2002 did you envision Saban winning a national championship?
