10th circuit court of appeals shot it down - at least for now. There is a right to appeal. Interesting to see if this gets resolved before the last enrollment date.

The 16 from the Louisiana court ruling are good.

Pyburn, Zxavian Harris, Dae’Quan Wright, etc.

Weakens other rosters and doesn’t prevent us from strengthening ours. Best possible ruling for LSU. Kiffin and LSU are ahead of the game

Can someone explain which players this effects? I am getting lost in the lawsuits, appeals, restrainign order, etc. Does it effect Skyy Clark or any other basketball signings?

Likely does affect Skyy Clark though I think LSU basketball has its own litigation underway right now under the cloak of night to field a roster this season

I question that only because my understanding is that the TRO is in place based on the 2022 5th-year eligibility being granted.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

To me this judge is basically saying that all players are ineligible. However these players can go out and get a TRO and become eligible, which they likely will.

Good for LSU or not, this is absolute madness and has to stop. Whatever the legal way of making the NCAA immune to these injunctions has to happen.

I know we all hate Moscona, but he made a good point. People keep saying that there are no rules, but that’s just not true. NCAA has a clear set of rules. However, the AD’s and Presidents of these schools refuse to back the NCAA or conferences.

Im not sure whats more broken, our judicial system or college football. But together they have managed to overly complicate and underperform at a level that is unprecedented.

At this point I have no idea what's on the books, what's enforceable, and who can do what. Seems like everything is capable of being overridden.
