Niang did an interview with an Italian newspaper today and says he has not made a decision on whether or not he will play college basketball. He’s going to focus on finishing the season, and make a decision afterwards.

Possibly. I read an article from maybe a week ago that said he was leaning towards the college route. Maybe he has decided LSU if he goes the college route. The quote didn’t really discourage the idea that he would come here. Just that there is no commitment yet.
