So Carolina doesn't have an OC in place. He was at one time leaning to Ole Piss being recruited by Lane.

Exactly why I say save the money until they hit the portal. Over time you save money.

Wrong. The recruiting pool is far larger than the portal, and as such, it’s a less expensive market outside of a few top end recruits.

With the money limitations of rev share, recruiting and retention of the best is even more important than ever. This frees up more funds to take bigger shots with a few highly rated and far more expensive portal players. Building a roster through the portal is far more difficult now than it was 2 years ago.

Pay for play was always happening, it's just out in the open now.

Pay for play pre-NIL was reserved for only the top players. Others may have gotten plenty of $100 handshakes, but they sure as hell weren’t making six figures

From what I’m reading Duckworth is more athletic but inconsistent with mechanics and accuracy while Bergeron is more fundamentally sound but more of a traditional pocket guy.

Personally I’d rather the latter, but whatever wins. I just want to see a guy step UP in the pocket to buy time and throw downfield.

If only we had a coach on staff who could develop Duckworth. This is in Kiffin’s wheelhouse.

Go start your freshman year then transfer. Not sure what’s better. The experience of playing there or one year practicing here.

Cocks are down bad in this one.

Can you clarify what you mean? Are you suggesting they are not willing to pay as much as LSU? If that is true, are you sure they’re “down”?
