There’s no way he doesn’t play college basketball if he’s not a near lock to be in the 1st round. No guarantees in 2nd round. Would be a very poor move to stay in 31-40 if is correct.

Going from 6’9 in college to 6’7 is gonna hurt him

I totally don’t blame him going if projected 20-28…but I’m sorry this is insane to me. I watched him. I think he has amazing upside, and that’s obviously what teams would be drafting….but this draft is so star studded and deep. This kid is at least a couple years away from actual NBA minutes.

It’s whether he wants to train in the G League or at LSU.

ETA: his length and shooting and athleticism is legit. In the NIL world…if you test poorly at the combine come back to school then you either ball and go to NBA or do alright and get a fat check again.

No idea what Graves will ultimately do, but I think he would sure look good in P&G.

6’7 3/4 to be fair which is pretty standard when they are measuring in bare feet. I don’t think anyone expected him to light up the athleticism numbers but they look pretty low and he didn’t shoot the ball all that well. Also it sounds like he’s not going to scrimmage.

Huh

He’s 6’9” with shoes. He’s more of an nba 3 than a 4.

think Madar is going to start at PG (unless they pull off a miracle with Montero). Also think Bashir will start and Ugochukwu will come off the bench.

Other than that, think you likely have the top 8 nailed, though we have a few moving parts - Dessert euro team being a pain, Graves draft still a possibility, etc.

Also think they are working hard on the Luis eligibility situation.

If they don't end with Luis, dessert, and graves/Burks then I will be a little worried about this team. Those are the top end guys you need.

And look that’s just my guess. I haven’t seen any mocks but based on the measurables, the knowns tape wise and the depth of this class that’s where he fits IMO. You seen any updated mocks? Where is he slated?

I disagree. Don’t think he’s athletic enough to be a 3. I think he’s a small 4

Kind of all over the place. From mid teens to very early 2nd round. Selfishly hoping the low combine numbers push him down a bit.

Should be reported shortly by stateside media. Sounds like they agreed to a buyout and it’s done.

I think he will play more on the wing. Will likely have to guard 4's most nights. He needs to re-shape his body, and 3 years will look like a different person i reckon

Interesting. Kansas tried to bring him over last season, but it never happened because of eligibility issues. I'm guessing LSU has that taken care of?
