Yea would have rather him than Bashir, but I do think NC state ended up throwing a bunch of money at him

This big time player is still committed they are just waiting on the go to have it be public.

Dessert plus Mo Dio, Santos, Niang, Ugo, and Bashir would put them at 6. Graves plus another guard gets LSU to Wade's NIL target of 7-8.

Graves & Montero are the missing pieces. I might be greedy, but I'd take Burks too.

Apparently Graves is not participating in 5 on 5 scrimmage at the combine.

I know he said 7-8 but I would prefer if you had a solid 9 so you have the depth needed in case you have a couple injuries or run into foul trouble etc. A couple of these guys had their season cut short last year due to injury.

I guess it could go either way, but if he's skipping the scrimmage to me it sounds like he doesn't want to hurt his stock/risk getting injured.

No, I read somewhere that only 2 of the top 40 prospects are scrimmaging. His stock is rising.

Yap. You desperately need a 1-2 scoring option. This would be a nice pear

If he’d get Graves and Montero he’s competing for the league title next season.

I wrote to Skip Bertman when the Toonces the Cat logo was proposed asking him to not use it.

He wrote me a response: "Too late."

Can I get one of you LSU basketball aficionados to give me a way too early starting lineup for next season including heights?

Man if we get the French center when Kansas couldn’t that will be a melt for the Wade hate brigade

Don't know if it's official on dessert, but this would be huge. There is a lot of teams like north Carolina and Arkansas just to name a few that wants him. With wade as coach and the talent he is bringing in, I could see at minimum a sweat sixteen floor next year.

I haven't watched our basketball team that much in the past four years. And I thought there was no way we could get will wade back or even if he would want to come back. And he is only 43 years old. I don't see him going to another school to coach. And LSU knows what we have with him. Unless he really fricks up, he could be here 20 more years.
