What are the odds these guys get waivers? Dellenger the other day on Mascona’s show made it sound questionable.

Outside of Ruzic, they are all questionable. Simply from the fact that they all made above "actual and necessary expenses" this past season. However, the NCAA has not ruled on any of the current waiver applications under the new rule, so there is no sense of how the NCAA is applying the "actual and necessary expenses" rule. Will it be a very strict application or will it be a more generous appliction?
