The point is you are a hypocrite. The prior coach inherited an empty roster with draconian sanctions hanging over his head, and without a 20 million dollar war chest as the current coach has.

McMahon was never given the advantages that Wade is being given, and he had the NCAA sanctions looming over him, but ultimately, he did underperform. McMahon had some good past performance, but Wade is being given a lot more rope due to a longer history of success. Who knows what CMM could've done with the huge budget, and I know you're responding to being called a hypocrite, but it is pointless to dwell on the McMahon era, whether it is fair to him or not. We put our faith in Wade, and the money has followed. He has pushed all his chips into alternative approaches to roster building. It may crash this year, but it's hard to deny that he seems willing to do whatever it takes, so even if it doesn't lead to success this year, hopefully recruits will see that he will do what it takes to get it righted, and that'll make it easier to build a winner. He has made things interesting again.

I think he would have been pretty good. I actually don't think he was a bad coach. I think he hates fundraising and gladhanding people to fundraise and that just cant work anymore.

I think McMahon having a poor budget was his own fault. I don't blame him I would hate fundraising too. but wade is willing to do it, and it may be the most important part of modern coaching

I think you're missing the point that the budget of pretty much every coach is very dependent on that coach. They aren't just "given" a budget. That's a huge part of the job. Football is probably the lone exception because it can't fail economically. Every other support has little economic impact and so it's up to the coach to raise funds.

Still waiting for you to find one time where I was ever critical of Will Wade. Its been over a month and you are still a fricking loser and an abysmal failure. You can never respond to a specific point you simply throw out blather like the petty little a-hole you are.

You lie with such ease. People gave him the benefit of the doubt for years (when it was obvious to anyone who knows basketball that he was a terrible coach) and we 100% DID NOT have nor expected draconian sanctions you miserable bitter feminine twat

Second point is correct but the first is false. He was a shite coach who made zero in game adjustments or close to zero.
We ran more offensive sets on my middle school team than he did for an SEC team. Think about that. You either don’t know basketball or weren’t paying attention.

Also he received plenty of money, about the average for the SEC I was told by a basketball only donor who quit giving before McMahon’s last year. Said he received top quarter of sec money his last year.

McMahon had OVERPAY a lot for players to come play for him at the end.

Lets talk about boyfriends. You and Madking and CircleKBeggar have a mighty tight little relationship.

No, I didn't insert McMahon into this discussion. The simpletons like you and your tighty little buddies cannot exist without a villain so you constantly insert him or Woodward into these discussions. Dumbass Madking then accused me of making critical comments about Will Wade, Over a month ago I challenged him to provide one example and he has failed miserably , a total feckless little loser like you and CKB. While I sometimes disagree with Alt26 I give him credit with supporting his arguments with data and explanations. The three of you just throw out pithy comments like the dumb asses that you are.

Once again, more psychobabble that doesn’t contain one iota of basketball talk. Just personal attacks. The fact that you haven’t been banned yet is disappointing.

You can say all you want about me. I really don’t care. I have never once casted you a second thought.

It’s just a message board, dude.

That's rich from the guy who constantly stalks my posts or gets into an incestious group chat about me with Madking and others.
