I thought Shone Washington walked with the seniors. Maybe not.

Isn't the scholarship numbers starting next year 105? I know that starts in the next couple years.

6’4 is good but not great height

The question is always if they are a real 6’4 too…. That’s why someone like Geralds being listed between 6’1 and 6’2 makes you question if he’s not 6’.

96 Dominick McKinley, 6-6, 308, So.
93 Ahmad Breaux, 6-3, 278, So.
91 Walter Mathis, 6-2, 285, Fr.
99 Sydir Mitchell, 6-6, 355, Rs.So.
95 Shone Washington, 6-4, 295, RsJr.
94 Zion Williams, 6-4, 360, Fr.
92 Brandon Brown, 6-1, 295, Fr.

Richard Anderson 6-4, 325
Deuce Geralds 6-2, 270
Lamar Brown 6-5, 285

I think we ok with depth personally

Agree. I loved when we got Zion Williams, but hope he doesn't eat his way off the team. He is a huge human being, but can be a key piece if he takes care of his body.

We need Edge rushers in a bad way.

It would be great if we could sign an elite edge player—-One that disrupts sheet.

Who is last elite edge rusher we've had? Someone who gets sacks on four man rush? Arden Key was long time ago. Chaisson? Seems like a long time .

Geralds is probably closer to 6'3" than he is to 6'. And has been unblockable throughout his high school career. Not saying that the others are lacking, but Deuce has played better competition than Brown, and probably is as talented as Anderson.

I understand that our OL is hot garbage, but our first order of business should be signing a stud QB. Teams only go a far as their QB play. Then the OL.

I think its more important to prioritize quality over quantity. Signing 20 players just to get to 85 doesn't help if its just more of the same in terms of quality, and goes for every position of need. I would rather see the coaches develop the talent we have now if those quality players are not available. But at the end of the day, the coaches are the ones getting paid to make those decisions and I trust them.

Brown says he wants to play OT

Wow, I bet you don’t hear that very often. I would imagine most linemen would rather play defense if given the choice.

He almost got Dom to flip to aTm.
Actually Dom was already committed to aTm then flipped to LSU when he found out Robinson was leaving, and Brad Davis was coming in. Reliford too. It’s why E Rob was such a huge get for us.

QB is 1a. You only have 1 scholarship QB on the roster and he could leave.

He has 34 inch arms which is good — remember Campbell was getting crucified for 32 inch arms at 6’6

And Campbell has been a top 5 OT with his short arms

Also, need a replacement for Pyburn. We don’t have that run stop edge currently.

Why the downvote? His name is not listed.

I didn't down vote you, but it might be because he is and end and not a tackle.
